Visiting Washington D.C. should be on everyones bucket list.
A visit to the capitol can be as long or as short as you need, and my first ever visit to DC was actually only for one day after heading there from New York City. (You can even do DC tours from NYC in one day)
After a great first visit, I finally got chance to revisit and this time spend a bit more time exploring all the incredible sights this city has to offer.
From taking a look around Ford's Theatre to visiting the White House, your days in DC will fly by and you'll easily find something for everyone to enjoy.
And when the rain starts pouring down, be sure to head in to one of the many incredible museums.
