5 Must Try Places to Eat in Las Vegas
9/15/2025Jake RyanLas Vegas might be famous for its casinos, shows, and non-stop nightlife, but anyone who’s spent time in the city knows the food is just as important as everything else. Famous for it’s buffets, I’ve left those out of this list and focused solely on restaurants. Whether you’re looking for an indulgent breakfast, a chic rooftop dinner, or a bucket-list celebrity chef experience, Vegas serves it up in style.
Here are five restaurants you won’t want to miss if you’re eating your way through Sin City.
1. Breakfast at Saddles – The French Toast You’ll Dream About
If you’re the type of traveler who plans your mornings around breakfast, then Saddles should be on your list. This unpretentious spot has a warm, welcoming vibe, the kind of place locals know and visitors stumble upon and fall in love with.
The star of the menu? The French toast. Thick-cut bread is perfectly caramelised on the outside, soft on the inside, and finished with just the right balance of sweetness. Add some syrup or fresh berries, and you’re starting your Vegas day on the highest of notes. Pair it with a iced coffee, and you’ll have enough energy to conquer the Strip (or recover from last night).
Located inside The Bellagio.
2. Mon Ami Gabi – A Slice of Paris on the Strip
Mon Ami Gabi is a classic French bistro that offers one of the most iconic dining experiences in town. Step inside, and you’re greeted with cozy Parisian charm; sit outside, and you’ll find yourself with prime real estate right on the Strip view stunning views of the fountains.
The menu is filled with French favourites like steak frites, escargot, and onion soup. But the real magic is dining al fresco while watching the constant flow of people passing by on Las Vegas Boulevard. It’s especially beautiful in the evening when the Strip lights up — a romantic spot that feels worlds away from the chaos just a few steps away.
Located in front of the Paris Las Vegas Hotel.
3. Chéri Rooftop – Chic Dining Above the City
For something a little trendier, head up to Chéri Rooftop. This stylish venue mixes modern design with a laid-back vibe, making it a great spot for both date nights and group outings.
The rooftop setting means you’ll have sweeping views of the city, while the menu leans toward creative small plates and vibrant cocktails. Think sharable bites with international influences, paired with drinks that look as good as they taste. As the sun goes down, the atmosphere shifts into something a bit more lively music, conversation, and the kind of energy that makes you want to linger long after your meal.
Located at the Paris Hotel.
4. Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen – A Show-Stopping Meal
Vegas is no stranger to celebrity chefs, but few restaurants capture the spotlight quite like Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace. Modelled after the hit TV show, the dining room is dramatic and buzzing, with chefs working in the open kitchen beneath the glowing red and blue “Hells Kitchen” backdrop.
The menu features Ramsay’s signature dishes, including the iconic Beef Wellington, buttery, flaky pastry wrapped around tender beef and the decadent sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Dining here feels like part meal, part performance, and the atmosphere makes it one of those experiences you’ll be talking about long after you’ve left Las Vegas.

5. Caramella – Dining with a View of the Bellagio Fountains
If you’re looking for the perfect combination of good food and an unforgettable setting, Caramella delivers. With outdoor seating that overlooks the famous Bellagio fountains, it offers one of the best dining views in the city.
The menu has something for everyone, from light bites to full meals, but honestly, the main attraction is the setting. There’s nothing quite like sipping a cocktail or enjoying dessert as the fountains dance to music right in front of you. Whether you’re with friends, on a date, or just treating yourself, this is one of those “only in Vegas” moments.
Final Bite
Las Vegas doesn’t just entertain, it feeds you in style. From fluffy French toast in the morning to rooftop cocktails, iconic French bistro vibes, and celebrity-chef theatrics, these five spots prove that the city is every bit as much about the food as it is about the flashing lights.
So next time you’re in Vegas, come hungry, because every meal has the potential to be just as memorable as the shows and nightlife.
